CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Islands Kids is uniquely designed for children newborn through 5th grade. We believe children are a blessing from God and we are passionate about creating an environment that is safe, age-appropriate and fun where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way allowing children to grow in their relationship with Christ. While your children are in class they will be cared for by volunteers who have completed thorough background checks.

Islands Kids is divided by age into five groups: Nursery, Preschool, Kindergarten- First Grade, Second-Third Grade, and Fourth- Fifth Grade, with each having a time of worship, prayer, and interactive lessons.

NURSERY

The Nursery is geared toward children ages birth-24 months. Your baby will be rocked, played with, changed and fed (if needed). Even the littlest ones will hear simple worship songs and prayers as they enjoy their time with us.

PRESCHOOL

Our Preschool class is geared toward children ages 2-4. Our volunteers are committed to helping our little ones understand worship and encourage them to talk to God any time and any place. Your child will have a great time bouncing and singing as they learn that Jesus loves them and wants to be their forever friend. After each lesson kids work on crafts that relate to the days learning.

FIRST-FIFTH GRADE

Our 1st through 5th graders have a great time exploring the Bible, praising Jesus through music, watching the lesson of the day and working in small groups together. Island's Kids helps kids discover that everything in the Bible points us to Jesus!
