ESL - English as Second Language

ESL (English as a Second Language) classes are held at ICC every Thursday at 7:30 PM. These courses reach out to the community to help people who are learning English for the first time. They provide tailored instruction in vocabulary, speaking, grammar, and reading, based on student needs. This is a great way in which Islands opens its doors to help community members. The class is informal and there is no cost. Students in the courses share that they have made gains in conversational English and knowledge of the language. Enrollment is always open, just contact the church office.
